1. Why should I choose "Appleseed Party Rentals LLC" for my next party?

2. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. For an additional fee we can also provide you with a certificate of additional insurers for the use of parks and recreational areas that require insurance for the use of inflatables.
3. What is required to inflate the inflatables and what will I need to provide?
A standard 110vac 20 amp household outlet within 100 feet from where the inflatable will be set up is required. A generator can be provided to you for an additional cost if your event is being planned in an area where no electricity is readily available.
4. What is your payment policy, or deposit requirements?
Full payment is expected the day of the event before set up. Cash or checks are acceptable forms of payment. We ask for a 25% nonrefundable deposit for orders under $400 and a 50% nonrefundable deposit for orders over $400 at the time of your reservation. Requests are not considered reservations until your deposit is received. The deposit is deducted from your total due at the time of payment. Deposit will only be refunded if a cancelation is given within 14 days of reservation date. Non refunded deposits can be used towards later reservations.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the event for a full refund; if you cancel within 14 days of your reservation your deposit will be forfeited (can be used for future reservations), due to the unlikelihood of potential rentals on those reserved items.
6. What happens if it rains or the weather turns to bad?
Since none of us can control Mother Nature, Your deposit will be refunded as long as the inflatable is NOT on site and set up, if it rains or winds exceed 12 mph during the use of the inflatable you MUST turn off the inflatable until the weather clears up for safety reasons.
7. Is an attendant needed for my party?
All parties do not require an attendant. We recommend that all events be monitored by a responsible adult to ensure that all rules of the inflatable are followed. An attendant can be provided for an additional cost. This is an added feature for larger parties, or simply for those people who wish to enjoy a worry free event that they spent so much time planning.
